Inner City Ski Club, Inc.
Founded in 1971, the Inner City Ski Club celebrated its 35th year on
September 30, 2006. Joining us that evening were a number of friends, family members and ski associates.
The club is the oldest African-American ski club
in the state of Ohio. With a family-oriented focus, the club participates
in ski and snowboard activities. Non-skiing activities include snowmobiling, camping,
canoeing, skating, bowling, hiking, horseback riding and social activities.
Meetings are held the second Monday of
each month – September through June from 7 Pm - 8:30 PM at the
Shaker Heights Public Libary, 16500 Van Aken Blvd. The parking entrance
is on Lee Road (between Van Aken and Chagrin Blvd; or on Chagrin Blvd,
just west of Lee Road. Come join us!
